In May 2007 I will be trekking the Inca Trail in Peru for Cancer Research UK, with my sister-in-law and about 30 other crazy people.
I've just about got all my kit, so now I need to break it in by actually doing some training, especially now there are only 5 months to go!!!
I am 22, but not very fit, so i get the feeling I'll be shown up by all the others who have done much more training than me. This is my first trek and it's just hit me how hard it is going to be walking up mountains for up to 11 hours a day. read more »
