BE TOUGH, BE DIRTY

Merrell and Human Race Events will be staging the second in the Merrell Mud Man, series of off road running and Duathlon events on Saturday 8 March 2008. This event will take place in Camberley in the Surrey hills and will be extended throughout 2008. There will be a combination of not only an off-road running race, but also an off-road duathlon - run, bike, run and both will be a test of true grit and staying power.
The duathlon will follow the run for the initial 7.5k and then entrants will be challenged with a 15k mountain bike section followed by a further 7.5k run. Both the bike and run courses will be held in demanding and uncompromising conditions. Bodies and bikes should be fully serviced and in tip top condition!
Human Race Events, the UK’s leading multi sport events organiser has created The Merrell Mud Man to give all competitors the chance to take on the tough, dirty and challenging trails in the setting of the picturesque Surrey Hills. As a brand dedicated to adventure in the outdoors, Merrell is the perfect partner for this race, where endurance, stamina and strength will be paramount.
