Until recently our main area of fundraising was Payroll Giving. Payroll Giving or Give As You Earn, is an HM Revenue & Customs scheme in the UK, which allows employees of participating companies to give to any charity they choose by having a simple deduction made from their pay before tax - no direct debit for the individual to set up and no gift aid for the charity to claim back – this encourages more people to give, thse who do give, to give regularly, and ensures that the charities receive the maximum amount of money. read more »
